• Tennis courts are for tennis game only.
• Playing sessions are 55 min in duration.
• In case, if pre booked court was not used by Client and administration was not informed before 24 hours, the booking is canceled without refund.
• The Client must leave the court in 10 min period. In case if the time on court is exceeded for more than 10 min,the Client has to pay for the next full hour.
• The Client may extend his playing time if the court is available.
• It is not allowed to enter the court before your booked time.
• Four (4) players per court is the maximum allowable and spectators must be outside the fencing.
• Only proper tennis apparel should be worn at all times. This includes shirts at all times and proper non markable tennis shoes. Any footwear other than tennis shoes is strictly prohibited.
• Not allowed to be on the court without any parts of apparel.
• Kids under 16 years of age are not allowed on court without supervising.
• The Client is responsible for any damage of the club’s property . In case of any damage the client must pay the cost of repair ether replacement of the damaged item or so. If the damage is noticed (discovered) prior the playing time the Client should inform the administration. 13 Club property should be respected. Clients should keep lockers room, showers and courts clean.

• Administration is not responsible for any loss of clients valuables. The customer places his belongings, each in his locker.
• The customer must respect the service staff, partners and other visitors. Do not disturb the rest of other club visitors.

Prohibited:

• Parents and supervising persons are not allowed on court during the tennis lessons in any cases.
• The use of scrubs, body lotions, oils and etc. in showers, sauna and locker rooms is not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Consumption of alcohol on Club premises is not permitted.
• Consumption of food (yogurts,sweets,ets) and soft drinks, juices, excluding water, is not allowed on courts.
• Chewing gums are prohibited on tennis courts.
• To enter courts under influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
• To lean on nets, to damage the court’s equipment and club’s property is strictly prohibited.
• Be in the club premises in inappropriate clothing (swimwear), as well as in inappropriate shoes (high-heeled shoes, rubber boots).

In any violations of the rules,the administration has the right to refuse subsequent visits without giving any reasons. In case of violations of the rules, the money for not used sessions will not be refunded.
